If you happen to be in a 1v1 with a flanker or something, place a clone right in front of you and shoot through it, using it as a shield. Place your clones near or on the point so that tanks and anyone else can get resonance'd. When contesting, what you can do with rewind (a card that gives you an illusion in place of where you used to be when you teleport), is teleport twice, wait a tick to get healing, shatter, teleport twice again and hope that the enemy team accidently shoots your clones (which should be easy to kill since it has 20% of its normal health) and gets the resonance damage off. Don't shatter unless you are alone contesting a point and need the healing from the card that heals from shatter because resonance does the damage for you.
